Junk Zilla Policies & Info

The following information helps explain how our junk removal services work.

• We provide junk removal, cleanout, and hauling services as requested by the customer. We do not remove hazardous or prohibited materials,  including paint, chemicals, or asbestos. 

•  Pricing is based on volume, labor, access, and type of materials removed.

• We accept cash, card and ZELLE payments. Checks may be accepted at our discretion.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the removal area. Junk Zilla is not responsible for issues caused by unsafe conditions or hidden obstacles.

•  We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a service.

• When possible, items may be recycled or disposed of responsibly in accordance with local regulations.

• Customers are responsible for identifying any items that should not be removed. Once items are loaded, they cannot be retrieved.

•  By scheduling service with Junk Zilla Junk Removal Services, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to these service guidelines.
